0kada Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 0kada platform in any capacity — including browsing the website at 0kada.org, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or playing any game — you ("User," "Player," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 0kada platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 0kada ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Where specific provisions conflict with mandatory local law, the mandatory provisions of applicable law shall prevail to the minimum extent necessary.

Access to and use of the 0kada platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines;
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 0kada or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such individuals;
• You must not be a self-excluded player or have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned by 0kada for any reason;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

0kada reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS UMID, driver's license, passport, PhilHealth card, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

To access real-money gaming features on 0kada, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all 0kada accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only hold one active 0kada account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, balances frozen, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited;
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep this information updated. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of this Agreement;
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 0kada will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 0kada account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person;
• KYC Compliance: Identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. 0kada reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time.

All deposits and withdrawals on 0kada are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the payment methods supported by the platform at the time of the transaction, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status;
• Deposits are credited to your 0kada wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 0kada is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank systems;
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your name and verified under your 0kada account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited;
• 0kada reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation;
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 2–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day;
• Funds deposited through a particular payment method may be required to be withdrawn through the same method, subject to any applicable limits;
• 0kada does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but third-party payment providers may impose their own charges. Players are responsible for verifying applicable fees with their payment provider.

0kada may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be completed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issuance. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain unclaimed or unplayed at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically;
• 0kada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not adversely affect bonuses already in progress for eligible players;
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings may be subject to maximum win caps, which will be specified in the relevant promotion terms;
• Players suspected of abusing bonuses — including through coordinated play, hedging bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith — may have their bonuses, winnings, and account balance forfeited and their accounts suspended;
• 0kada reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any player is eligible for a particular promotion. 0kada may exclude any player from any promotion for any reason, including prior bonus abuse.

All games available on the 0kada platform operate according to their respective published rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or help section. By placing a bet on any 0kada game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

All software-based games on 0kada use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure random and fair outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds; individual session results may vary significantly from published RTPs.

Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained live dealers under camera supervision. 0kada does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or table. Live game results are final once the round is officially declared closed by the dealer or the game system.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or system failure that interrupts a game round, 0kada reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake to the player's wallet. No winnings will be paid on void rounds. 0kada's decision regarding malfunctions is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0kada platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one 0kada account, whether directly or through third parties;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your 0kada account;
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without immediately reporting them to 0kada support;
• Using the 0kada platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the 0kada platform or its underlying software;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other tool to mask your actual location.

0kada is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment, and 0kada provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which the player will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts over specified periods to prevent exceeding their personal budgets;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for gaming;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may permanently self-exclude from the 0kada platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of one year;
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions reminding them of their session duration and total net activity.

0kada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including unauthorized payment instrument use;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Multi-accounting or identity misrepresentation;
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit made by the player;
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account suspension or closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 0kada account may submit a closure request through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations. Accounts under investigation will not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

All content on the 0kada platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 0kada or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0kada platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any platform content; frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website; or use any automated data collection tools on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0kada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform or any game;
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, or gaming opportunities resulting from platform unavailability;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or internet service providers.

0kada's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits 0kada's liability for death or personal injury caused by 0kada's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 0kada is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an account and using the 0kada platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

0kada processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements. Details of how to exercise these rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

0kada reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 0kada will provide reasonable notice to registered players through one or more of the following means: a notice displayed upon login, an email to the registered account email address, or a notification via the 0kada platform.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the 0kada platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to 0kada's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

0kada operates in accordance with applicable Philippine online gaming laws and regulations. References to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations reflect 0kada's commitment to compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as creating a regulatory relationship or guarantee beyond what is established by the applicable regulatory authorities.

All disputes should first be submitted to 0kada's support team for informal resolution. 0kada aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
